Job summary

Cetera is seeking a Retirement Plan Sales Consultant to partner with retirement-focused advisors and drive growth in employer-sponsored retirement plan business. You will manage the full sales cycle, deliver consultative support, and cultivate adviser relationships through calls, webinars, and in-person meetings.

The role requires 7+ years in retirement plans and a strong understanding of defined contribution products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7+ years in retirement plan sales/support or advisor-facing roles.
• FINRA Series 65 preferred or equivalent licenses.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop Southeast and Northeast territories to meet sales goals.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to increase adoption of Cetera 401(k) solution.
• Manage full sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Provide consultative support to retirement-focused advisors for plan opportunities.
• Maintain advisor relationships through phone, web-based, and in-person meetings.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support advisor needs and opportunities.
