The role focuses on prospecting, relationship building, and assisting senior sales professionals in retirement plan sales while traveling locally for meetings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, client relationship management, customer service, or retirement plan administration (TPA or record-keeper preferred)
• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal, written, and virtual communication skills
• Excellent relationship-building and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities
• Able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team
• Eager to learn consultative sales and retirement plan solutions.

Responsibilities

• Prospect by phone, email, networking, and social media.
• Identify new clients, referral partners, and business opportunities.
• Support seminars, webinars, marketing, and community events.
• Build relationships with CPAs, financial advisors, payroll providers, and business owners.
• Participate in client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Assist senior sales professionals throughout the sales process.
• Prepare proposals, onboarding materials, and client documentation.
• Meet prospecting and sales activity goals.
• Develop consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Travel locally for client meetings and events.
