The Olson Group, a division of Patriot Growth Insurance Services, seeks a Retirement Plan Manager to lead daily retirement plan administration and client service. This full-time remote role supports Omaha, NE operations while coordinating with advisors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure compliant, high-quality service for 401(k), 403(b), and related plans.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in retirement plan management, retirement services, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Active Nebraska Life & Health Insurance License; Series 6/7; Series 63/65/66 licensing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day administration and service delivery for retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b), 414(h)).
• Serve as primary contact for retirement plan and wealth clients, providing responsive support.
• Coordinate client meetings, reviews, and ongoing service activities with accurate CRM records.
• Deliver participant education sessions on retirement planning, investment options, and risk.
• Ensure plan compliance by coordinating with vendors, broker/dealers, and internal teams.
• Monitor operational metrics and drive process improvements for client experience.
