The Olson Group in Omaha, NE, seeks an experienced Retirement Plan Consultant & Advisor to manage client relationships, oversee retirement plan services, and guide fiduciary governance. You’ll collaborate with advisors, recordkeepers, and custodians to ensure strong participant outcomes and compliant plan operations.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of retirement plan consulting or related experience.
• Active Nebraska Life and Health Insurance License or ability to obtain.
• Knowledge of 401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b), and government plans.
• Experience managing client relationships and serving as main contact.
• Understanding fiduciary governance, plan operations, and service models.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience with public sector and healthcare retirement plans.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary relationship manager for retirement plan clients.
• Lead client reviews focused on plan performance and governance.
• Coordinate day-to-day service for multiple retirement plans.
• Support plan enhancements, mergers, and vendor changes.
• Assist with fiduciary governance and compliance coordination.
• Deliver participant education meetings and enrollment sessions.
• Collaborate with recordkeepers, custodians, and advisors.
• Support business development through client meetings and RFPs.
• Monitor service standards and client satisfaction, drive improvements.
