Job summary

MP RPO seeks a Retirement Plan Consultant to deliver expert guidance on qualified retirement plans, ensuring compliance and exceptional client service. You will handle complex administration, Forms 5500, and year-end projects while partnering with experienced teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in retirement plan administration, ERISA knowledge, and a client-focused approach. This is a remote, full-time role offering growth opportunities and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retirement plan administration experience.
• Strong 401(k) and qualified plan compliance knowledge.
• Experience with compliance testing, trust accounting, eligibility and contribution calculations.
• Familiarity with ERISA regulations and plan administration best practices.
• QKA or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for complex retirement plan administration and compliance.
• Perform quality control reviews for up to 200 small and mid-sized plans.
• Prepare and review year-end compliance projects and Form 5500 filings.
• Complete and review compliance testing, trust accounting, eligibility and contributions.
• Research and resolve ERISA and retirement plan questions.
• Collaborate with Client Service Managers and Plan Administrators to ensure timely delivery.
