This full-time, remote-capable role centers on building strong client relationships, guiding plan governance, and delivering tailored retirement strategies for sponsors and participants.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retirement plan consulting or retirement services experience.
• Active Nebraska Life and Health Insurance License or ability to obtain on hire.
• FINRA Series 6 or Series 7 license and Series 63/65/66 license.
• Strong knowledge of qualified retirement plans (401(k), 403(b), 401(a), 457(b)).
• Experience managing client relationships as a primary point of contact for sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for a portfolio of retirement plan clients, providing strategic guidance.
• Lead client review meetings focused on plan performance and fiduciary practices.
• Coordinate day-to-day service delivery for multiple retirement plan types.
• Support plan enhancements, mergers, vendor transitions, and fund changes.
• Collaborate with advisors and investment professionals on fiduciary governance.
