Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and employees eligible for the retirement savings plan. The role includes delivering in-person or video presentations, enrollment meetings, and financial education to enhance plan participation.

You will participate in benefit fairs, annual plan reviews, and education campaigns, with travel up to 25% expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist relationship manager with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required.
