Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees eligible for retirement plans. The role offers an incentive bonus based on plan metrics and client satisfaction.

You will conduct presentations, participate in enrollment meetings, and support education campaigns across various client sites, with travel expected to up to 25% of the time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Present enrollment meetings and financial education sessions as requested by the plan sponsor.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Contribute to annual plan reviews and financial education planning.
• Assist Relationship Manager with education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Travel up to 25% may be required for new plan enrollments.
