Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees on applicable retirement savings plans. You will conduct enrollment meetings and educational sessions, including age-based financial education, to increase participation and assets.

This remote role offers bonus potential, with a travel requirement of up to 25% depending on territory. Strong presentation skills and financial services credentials are highly valued, with Series

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow plan assets (in person or via video).
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Contribute to the annual plan review and financial education planning process.
• Assist Relationship Manager with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate about plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new enrollments.
