Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance aligned with plan sponsors and employees. The role includes delivering in‑person or virtual presentations, supporting enrollment meetings, and educating participants on plan participation and features.

Ideal candidates have Series 7/66 licenses plus state insurance licenses, CFP/ChFC desirable, and strong presentation skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 licenses preferred; state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation.
• Travel as needed within territory for new plan enrollments.
