Job summary
Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance that aligns with the needs of plan sponsors and employees eligible for the applicable retirement savings plan. Incentive bonus opportunity is available based on plan metrics and client satisfaction ratings, with remote work and up to 25% travel.
You will conduct individual and group presentations to improve plan awareness, participate in benefit fairs, and assist with annual plan reviews and education
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required
- CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable
- Must have excellent presentation skills
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group presentations to grow plan assets and awareness of plan features
- Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations
- Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process
- Assist with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates
- Meet with participants to educate on plan participation
- Travel up to 25% may be required
