Job summary

Corebridge Financial, Inc. is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant located in Waldorf, MD, to offer guidance aligned with the needs of retirement plan sponsors and employees. This role involves conducting presentations, participating in benefit fairs, and educating eligible employees about plan participation. The ideal candidate is preferred to have a Bachelor's Degree, relevant certifications and excellent presentation skills. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and to grow plan assets.
• Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation.
• Assist Relationship Manager with targeted education campaigns.
