Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to provide objective guidance for plan sponsors and employees in a remote capacity. This role offers a commission-based pay structure with bonus potential based on plan metrics and client satisfaction.

The candidate should have Series 7 and 66 licenses, state insurance licenses, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus, and travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required; state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.
• Must have excellent presentation skills.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to improve awareness of plan features and grow plan assets.
• Participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Assist with annual plan reviews and financial education planning.
• Support targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate on plan participation.
• Travel dependent on territory may be required for new plan enrollments.
