The position requires strong presentation skills, FINRA registrations, and Salesforce familiarity. Remote work is allowed within the GA territory, with travel for on-site meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years relevant financial services experience.
• Strong presentation skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Strategic thinker who can work independently.
• Strong relationship building and territory management skills.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, 65 registrations required; fingerprinting required.
• FINRA registrations preferred; Salesforce knowledge advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews and meetings with participants.
• Develop partnerships with key stakeholders for each location within the territory.
• Lead virtual and on-site group meetings using various technologies.
• Manage meeting schedules and travel arrangements.
• Create and execute business plans to drive retirement income objectives.
• Document interactions in Salesforce and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Achieve plan level and individual goals; participate in external meetings as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve effectiveness.
