Corebridge Financial, Inc. is hiring a Retirement Plan Consultant for North Georgia. This remote role focuses on delivering objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees, with bonus potential based on plan metrics and client satisfaction.

The position emphasizes presentations, enrollment activities, and education campaigns to boost participation and deferral rates. The role requires licensing (Series 7/66 preferred), state licenses, and a degree; CFP/ChFC desirable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Series 7/66 preferred and appropriate state licenses required; CFP/ChFC desirable.
• Excellent presentation skills are essential; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group presentations to explain plan features and grow assets.
• Present enrollment meetings and financial education sessions for sponsors and employees.
• Assist Relationship Manager/ District VP with targeted education campaigns to increase participation.
• Meet with participants to educate on plan participation and deferral options.
• Travel up to 25% for new enrollments may be required.
