Job summary

Empower LLC is seeking a Retirement Plan Advisor to help NH public employees plan their financial futures. You will lead retirement readiness reviews, deliver presentations to individuals and groups, and partner with key stakeholders across the territory.

The role requires 3–5 years in financial services, solid presentation skills, and Salesforce/documentation discipline. Remote within New Hampshire is possible; travel as needed, with a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years financial services experience.
• Strong presentation and MS Office proficiency.
• FINRA Series 6, 63, 65 registrations preferred and fingerprinting required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Retirement Readiness Reviews and group/individual presentations.
• Develop partnerships with stakeholders in the NH territory.
• Own and manage scheduling, travel, and meetings; document in Salesforce.
• Achieve plan-level and individual goals within guidelines.
