Job summary

Five Star Solutions is hiring for a remote associate role to support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries. You will help deliver a high-level customer experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment while leveraging Salesforce and Amplify to manage cases.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check required as per state and federal laws.
• 1 year of previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with billing and account information.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Professional and empathetic approach to customer concerns.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to cross-train on other accounts.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound participant calls, emails, and voicemails with professionalism and provide accurate answers.
• Resolve client issues and inquiries regarding benefit programs and procedures.
• Respond to inquiries related to retirement benefit payment issues in a fast-paced service center.
• Conduct web-based training sessions for clients as needed.
• Escalate client issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Use Amplify, Salesforce, Word, and Excel to manage inquiries and transactions.
• Document all cases in Salesforce case management accurately.
• Encourage customers to leave online reviews when appropriate.
• Create Salesforce tickets for check copies and related requests.
• Assist with filing, record maintenance, and imaging.
• Understand company operations and client needs.
• Participate in training to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Provide back-up support for participants.
