Five Star Solutions is seeking motivated associates to support retirement plan participants with distribution and account inquiries. The role operates remotely for residents across the United States, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You'll work with Amplify, Salesforce, Word, and Excel to manage inquiries, document cases, and assist with training sessions. A strong customer-service mindset and the ability to de-escalate challenging calls are

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Comfortable handling billing and account information.
• Able to navigate multiple computer systems and applications.
• Professional, empathetic approach to customer concerns.
• Willingness to cross-train on other accounts.
• Respond to inquiries about retirement benefit payments in a fast-paced center.
• Ability to conduct web-based client training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries related to retirement benefit payments and account information.
• Document all cases thoroughly in Salesforce case management.
• Use multiple applications (Amplify, Word, Excel, Salesforce) to manage client inquiries and transactions.
• Escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
• Provide back-up support for participants/account holders.
• Participate in scheduled and ad hoc training to enhance skills.
