Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience in retirement services.
• 10+ years of retirement sales or client care with strong technical knowledge.
• Strong pricing, contracting, and regulatory understanding.
• Proven ability to manage complex RFPs and multi-stakeholder programs.
