Job summary

ADP is hiring a Director, Client Services (Retirement Services) within our Key Account organization. This role leads ~40 team members, including 4 direct reports, to strengthen client retention and elevate service delivery in Retirement Services.

The position operates in a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 days at home) and partners with Sales, Operations, Product, and Implementation to deliver scalable service solutions and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Client Services, Retirement Services, Relationship Management, or related field
• Exemplary leadership and executive presence across the organization
• Strong analytical and data storytelling abilities, with the capacity to drive improvements

Responsibilities

• Lead ~40 team members including 4 direct reports, shaping service delivery for Retirement Services
• Define and execute scalable service models and performance standards
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Product, and Implementation to deliver measurable outcomes
• Coach leaders, develop career paths, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Champion the advisor/partner experience and manage cross-functional relationships
