DIRECTV is seeking a Customer Service Representative focused on retention to support customers remotely. You will handle calls, use company systems, and apply sales expertise to align services with customer needs while resolving issues.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year in customer service, comfort with Windows, a quiet home office, and reliable internet. The position offers a base hourly wage with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Windows computers.
• Ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance.
• A private or secluded work location within your residence.
• Reliable LAN or WLAN internet service with speeds of at least 18mbps download, 12mbps upload.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer calls and address all requests or inquiries concerning services and products, and report problem areas
• Utilize various systems and tools to assist customers
• Use sales expertise to make recommendations according to customer’s needs
• Utilize operational systems to process purchases of all products and services
• Use solid problem-solving skills to identify and solution customer’s technical issues
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to support our customers during working hours (M-F 5:55AM – 8:00PM, Sat/Sun 6:55AM – 8:00PM MST). Some holiday coverage and occasional overtime may be required.
