Job summary

Ferrara is seeking a Remote Retail Sales Representative to drive perfect retail execution across assigned territory including high-volume grocers and mass merchants. The role focuses on achieving KPIs, ensuring 100% distribution, and building in-store displays while maintaining shelf integrity.

The successful candidate will reside within the territory and collaborate with store management, leverage data to identify opportunities, and travel as needed to support key accounts.

Qualifications

• BS/BA required.
• 1–2 years of Retail and/or Consumer Goods experience preferred.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to travel within territory as needed.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and execute planograms, ensuring 100% distribution for Ferrara products.
• Review territory data and KPIs; identify opportunities and act on them.
• Build relationships with store management and key decision makers.
• Maintain in-store displays and shelf integrity; report issues timely.
