Placements24 is seeking a Retail Operations Specialist to support a national retail chain from a remote position. You will analyze store performance, develop standardized operating procedures, and drive efficiency across locations including Welkom.

You will collaborate with Merchandising, IT, and HR to implement new initiatives, roll out technologies, and monitor KPIs. A Bachelor's degree and strong analytics are required for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Proven retail operations experience with strong analytical skills.
• Understanding of retail processes and performance metrics.
• Proficiency with Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze in-store data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement standardized operating procedures for stores.
• Support store teams in resolving operational challenges remotely.
• Conduct remote assessments and recommend improvements.
