Job summary

bp is seeking a Manager of Design and Development to lead store construction, remodeling, and capital projects from planning through construction documents. You will guide cross‑functional teams, including international members, ensuring on‑time delivery within budget and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Architecture, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in commercial design and development, especially retail.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop high‑performing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across all organizational levels.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project management for design and development of store construction and remodels.
• Lead and develop cross‑functional teams, including remote members.
• Ensure designs meet brand standards, safety, and budget requirements.
• Coordinate with Real Estate to prioritize projects and meet schedules.
• Develop and manage third‑party consultants and cost analyses.
