Job summary

BP is seeking a Construction Project Advisor to lead quality-focused delivery for BP's US Retail Asset portfolio. You will manage NTI, remodels, and integrity projects within a defined territory, aligning with HSSE standards and BP's governance framework.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Real Estate, Design, Development, and Finance teams. The ideal candidate holds an engineering or construction management background, with strong QA/QC experience, and will report to the

Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
• API 1646 WorkSafe key credential.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management preferred.
• Demonstrates agility and rapid problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Implement quality project management in BP quality processes.
• Align with HSSE policies and BP's safety standards.
• Follow BP Code of Conduct and BP Values & Behaviors.
• Prepare latest estimates for NTI, remodel and tank/pipe projects.
• Coordinate supplier deliveries and oversee contractor schedules.
• Conduct preconstruction meetings and site safety audits.
• Ensure lease, design, and permit conditions are met.
• Deliver on project key performance indicators.
• Advise real estate, design, development and procurement teams.
• Maintain QA documents for execution activities.
• Monitor supplier/contractor quality performance daily.
• Participate in audits of project management systems and close non-conformances.
