Job summary

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in commercial design and development, with emphasis on retail.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day design and development activities for store construction and remodels, from planning to entitlements.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and allocations of internal/external resources.
• Develop and maintain design standards across prototypes, including civil, structural, MEP, and petroleum systems.
• Collaborate with Real Estate, Construction, and multi-functional teams to ensure timely, compliant project delivery.
