Job summary

Playa Bowls is seeking a Construction Manager to lead new store openings, coordinating with owners, architects, engineers, and operations to deliver projects on time and within budget. You will drive planning, budgeting, and vendor management while ensuring safety standards and brand integrity across multiple locations.

The role requires 5–7 years in restaurant construction, strong communication skills, and experience with FranConnect and project management tooling.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of restaurant construction management experience.
• Experience partnering with franchise owners throughout the construction process.
• Thorough understanding of construction drawings, codes, and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and cross-functional coordination for new shop openings.
• Manage scheduling, budgets, and resource allocation to meet deadlines and stay on budget.
• Oversee safety, standards, and vendor relationships across buildouts.
• Support franchise owners with buildouts and ensure brand standards are met.
