Job summary

Playa Bowls is seeking a Construction Manager to oversee franchise and company-owned shop buildouts from planning through opening. You will partner with franchise owners, architects, engineers and GC firms to keep schedules and budgets on track while adhering to brand standards.

This remote/field-based role requires up to 30% travel, reports to the VP of Construction & Design, and supports cross-functional teams via FranConnect and other tools to deliver high-quality stores.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of restaurant construction management experience.
• Experience partnering with franchise owners throughout construction.
• Proficient in FranConnect, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of engineering drawings, codes, and permitting.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and cross-functional coordination with owners, architects, engineers, and GC teams.
• Schedule and budget management, ensuring timely, cost-effective store buildouts.
• Oversee safety standards and compliance on job sites.
• Develop vendor standards and manage relationships with GCs and A&E firms.
