Job summary

Playa Bowls is seeking a Construction Manager to lead restaurant buildouts nationwide. You will oversee planning, budgeting, and scheduling, coordinating with franchisees, architects, engineers, and GCs. The role emphasizes safety, brand standards, and timely project delivery across multiple sites.

Remote/field-based work with up to 30% travel, reporting to the VP of Construction & Design. Requires 5–7 years in restaurant construction and a Bachelor's in a related field.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of restaurant construction management experience.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and schedules for multi-site builds.
• Strong collaboration with franchise owners, architects, and GC teams.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety requirements.

Responsibilities
