Job summary

Playa Bowls seeks a Construction Manager to lead restaurant buildouts, coordinate with franchise owners, architects, and engineers, and ensure projects meet schedules and budgets. You will oversee safety, code compliance, and vendor relations while driving cross-functional collaboration.

The role is remote/field-based, with up to 30% travel, reporting to the VP of Construction & Design, and requiring 5–7 years in restaurant development project management.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of restaurant construction management experience.
• Experience partnering with franchise owners and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with FranConnect and standard software suites.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate new store construction with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Oversee safety, codes, and quality controls on sites.
• Establish buildout standards and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate via FranConnect for alignment across teams.
