Lifespan of Greater Rochester Inc. is seeking a remote NYSCRC Respite Coordinator to support caregivers across Western New York.

The role includes outreach, data management, training program oversight, and registry administration, with a focus on improving community-based respite services. The ideal candidate will have an associate degree or higher, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work independently from home while collaborating with the director and partner

Qualifications

• Associates degree, BS or BA or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of community resources; experience with volunteerism is helpful.
• Must be able to work independently in a remote position.
• Strong interpersonal skills; excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee NYSCRC Caregiver programs in Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, and Wyoming counties.
• Assist the NYSCRC Director with gathering and maintaining updated data and deliverables.
• Manage the Online Respite Care Provider Training and the NYSCRC Respite Registry.
• Provide support generating respite site records and reports for the Director.
• Conduct outreach to community groups, faith communities, volunteer organizations, and raise awareness of programs.
• Assist in preparation of newsletters and ongoing program evaluation.
