This remote, full-time role coordinates caregiver programs and data/reporting for the State Respite program across multiple counties while supporting outreach and training initiatives. The ideal candidate has an Associates degree or higher, strong communication skills, and familiarity with MS Office, Docuware, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources or volunteerism is helpful.
• Ability to work independently in a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NYSCRC Caregiver programs across multiple NY counties.
• Assist with data gathering and reporting for State Respite deliverables.
• Manage Online Respite Care Provider Training and Respite Registry.
• Provide administrative support and outreach to volunteers and partners.
• Assist in preparation of newsletters and ongoing program evaluation.
