Lifespan of Greater Rochester, Inc. seeks a remote program coordinator to oversee NYSCRC Caregiver programs across Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, and Wyoming counties. The role focuses on data gathering, reporting, and training coordination for respite services.

Requires an Associates degree or higher, knowledge of community resources, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Docuware, Microix, and Excel is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires Associates Degree or higher (BS/BA or equivalent) and experience with community resources.
• Remote position with independent work capability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Docuware, Microix and Excel is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NYSCRC Caregiver programs across multiple counties.
• Assist Director with data gathering and reporting for State Respite deliverables.
• Manage Online Respite Care Provider Training and Respite Registry.
• Provide administrative support and prepare newsletters/outreach materials.
• Conduct outreach to community groups and faith communities to raise program awareness.
