Job summary

Lifespan of Greater Rochester Inc. seeks a remote State Respite Coordinator to oversee caregiver programs across Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans and Wyoming counties. The position is non-exempt, 37.5 hours weekly, with an hourly rate up to $22.00.

Responsibilities include data management, training program administration, outreach to community groups, and developing reports for the NYSCRC Director. Strong communication skills and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of community resources; volunteerism experience helpful.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to work remotely.
• Must have reliable transportation and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NYSCRC Caregiver programs across Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, and Wyoming counties.
• Assist the NYSCRC Director with data gathering and delivering reports.
• Manage Online Respite Care Provider Training and Respite Registry.
• Provide administrative support and conduct outreach to groups and volunteers.
• Coordinate presentations and outreach to raise program visibility.
