Lifespan of Greater Rochester Inc. is seeking a remote Respite Coordinator to support caregiver programs across eight Western New York counties. The role emphasizes outreach to community groups, faith communities, and volunteers, plus program data collection and reporting.

Qualifications include an associate degree or higher, knowledge of community resources, and strong communication skills. The position offers flexible hours and a meaningful mission within a nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Associates degree, BS or BA or equivalent combination.
• Experience with community resources; volunteerism helpful.
• Excellent verbal, written and telephone communication skills.
• Must be able to work independently in a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NYSCRC Caregiver programs in Allegany, Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie, Genesee, Niagara, Orleans, and Wyoming counties.
• Assist the NYSCRC Director with data gathering and maintaining deliverables/outcomes.
• Manage Online Respite Care Provider Training and the NYSCRC Respite Registry.
• Provide administrative support to the NYSCRC Director and assist with outreach.
• Conduct presentations for visibility of NYSCRC programs and partner newsletters.
• Participate in Faith Based Respite Programs and volunteer outreach.
