Job summary

HireLifeScience seeks a Respiratory Sales Senior Specialist to drive growth in the Lafayette/Lake Charles, LA territory. You will build relationships with pulmonologists, PAs, NPs, nurses, pharmacists and office managers, promote respiratory products, and educate on proper use.

The role requires 3+ years of pharma/biotech sales, experience with HUBs, ability to travel up to 75%, and a valid driver's license. CRM discipline and product-launch experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech or equivalent sales experience.
• Experience in specialty pharmacy, distribution channels, and/or HUBs.
• Ability to travel up to 75%; reside in assigned territory.
• Candidate must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory-level business plan aligning with policies and ethics.
• Promote respiratory product and educate HCPs on appropriate use within the territory using approved resources.
• Monitor performance against objectives using company tools for planning and sales impact.
• Conduct compliant product sales discussions with HCPs and professionals to align needs with products.
• Maintain CRM records and use data for territory planning.
• Provide customers with key insights and tailored interactions using approved materials.
