Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a senior forecasting leader for its Specialty Operations, working remotely across the USA. You will manage a team responsible for capacity planning, staffing projections, and performance metrics for call center and back-office functions.

This role requires deep experience in large-scale forecasts, strong Excel skills, and collaboration with operations and finance. You will deliver weekly and monthly capacity plans, support RFPs, and drive process improvements to

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent experience.
7–10 years of forecasting experience in a large contact center, PBM or Specialty Pharmacy.
Experience in Call Center and back office Workforce Management/Resource Planning.
Moderate finance fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Oversee weekly/monthly capacity plan to determine staffing requirements.
Ensure accuracy of forecasts for all lines of business and communicate forecasts.
Coordinate peak season staffing and new hire classes.
Produce quarterly forecast submission data for financial outlooks.
Review forecast and capacity data with Operations and support departments.
Provide staffing information for RFP processes.
