Job summary

Crosslake Technologies LLC is seeking a Resource Coordinator for a fully remote US-based role. You will be the primary contact for resource availability, skills, and project timelines, using Salesforce, Suite Projects Pro, and internal tools to provide a single view of capacity and status.

You will support the Resource Manager, update systems, coordinate onboarding, and report on daily resourcing availability.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to deliver concise summaries and relay details efficiently to senior stakeholders.
• Highly organized with strong prioritization skills; able to manage multiple concurrent requests and shifting timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to pull together information from multiple sources and reconcile discrepancies.
• Strong attention to detail and a data hygiene mindset; maintain accuracy across multiple systems.
• Confident problem-solver who can surface conflicts early and propose practical options.
• Takes initiative and has a collaborative attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Comfortable learning across systems (Salesforce, Suite Projects Pro, internal tools).
• Ability to build productive relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience dealing with varying levels of seniority.
• Experience in resource coordination, scheduling, staffing operations or professional services is desirable.
• Experience in Private Equity, M&A, Professional Services and/or Technology is a bonus but not required.
• Able to identify opportunities to improve templates, taxonomies, and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Support the Resource Manager by updating systems with confirmed changes to resource availability and project status.
• Engage with practitioners to confirm availability, status, and commitments; follow up on missing information.
• Maintain accurate practitioner data around skills and project assignments in internal systems.
• Coordinate practitioner onboarding activities, including drafting agreements and scheduling orientation.
• Identify suitable practitioners and present options to the Resource Manager for staffing decisions.
• Report on daily global resourcing availability.
