Job summary

Deer Valley Resort in Park City, Utah seeks a Recruiting Manager to lead domestic and international hiring, manage programs, and partner with our marketing and HR teams to drive talent acquisition. You will speak with managers, design strategies, and oversee interview processes in a fast-paced resort environment.

The role requires 3+ years of full cycle recruiting, 1+ year leadership, and Workday experience, with travel as needed. Join a team that values collaboration, excellence, and fun.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Full Cycle Recruiting experience.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• In-house recruiting experience preferred.
• HRIS knowledge – Workday preferred.
• Lead the recruiting team with integrity and create a positive work environment.
• Extremely organized with acute attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available for overnight travel as recruiting needs dictate.
• Guide managers in current interviewing and hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with managers to manage demands for each position.
• Maintain knowledge of recruiting and HRIS systems used by managers and recruit team.
• Coordinate budgeted recruit trips and schedules.
• Partner with Marketing to drive candidates to hiring managers.
• Generate staffing metrics and end-of-season Recruit Report.
