ExploreMore Travel is seeking a detail-oriented, remote Resort & Family Vacation Coordinator to help clients plan memorable getaways. You will research destinations, compare options, prepare proposals, and coordinate itineraries with a focus on client budgets.

Ideal candidates enjoy travel research, organization, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service. You will communicate with clients and partners to ensure accurate, enjoyable vacation arrangements and timely support.

Qualifikationen

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills, including email, web browsing, online research, MS Office and/or Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment

• Research family-friendly resorts, hotels, destinations, attractions, and vacation experiences
• Help clients compare accommodations and travel options by prefs and budget
• Prepare and organize travel quotes, proposals, reservations, and itineraries
• Communicate with clients to gather preferences and answer inquiries
• Coordinate with resorts, hotels, and suppliers to confirm reservations
• Arrange activities, transportation, and other vacation components
• Maintain accurate client records, reservations, and travel docs
• Provide professional and timely customer service during planning
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
