Job summary

Blyss Journeys is seeking a Remote Resort Experience Coordinator to assist clients in researching and organizing resort vacations based on their preferences and budgets. You will combine customer service, destination research, and professional communication to create tailored resort recommendations and facilitate reservations.

Training and ongoing education are provided to develop planning skills, client-service excellence, and destination knowledge in a flexible, part-time or full-time remote

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Residence in United States or Mexico.
• Reliable internet and a computer or compatible device.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to research and compare multiple options online.
• Ability to manage deadlines and follow up consistently.
• Willingness to complete training and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify destination, dates, budget, and preferences.
• Research resorts, hotels, packages, transportation, activities, and excursions.
• Compare properties based on location, amenities, and client preferences.
• Prepare personalized resort recommendations and explain inclusions and policies.
• Assist clients with reservations and verify confirmations.
• Review traveler names, dates, room categories, and transportation for accuracy.
• Track deposits, deadlines, documentation, and other dates.
• Provide preparation reminders and destination information to clients.
• Communicate reservation changes or updates to clients.
• Maintain confidential client records and follow up pre-/post-vacation.
