Job summary

Blyss Journeys is seeking a Remote Experience Coordinator to join our flexible remote team. You will work with clients to understand their preferences, budgets, and needs, and you will research options to help them compare choices and make informed decisions.

You will assist clients throughout the planning process, organize information, coordinate reservations, and maintain accurate records while providing timely follow-up. Prior experience is helpful but not required, as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to research options and compare choices objectively.
• Experience in customer service or planning is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Understand client preferences, interests, budgets, and needs.
• Research destinations, resorts, hotels, cruises, transportation, activities, and experiences as requested.
• Help clients compare options for informed decisions.
• Coordinate reservations and organize information throughout the planning process.
• Maintain accurate records and provide timely follow-up.
