Exact Solar is seeking a Solar Salesperson to independently follow up on residential leads provided by Exact Solar and educate customers about the benefits of solar energy systems. You will assemble and send proposals, follow up in a timely manner, and close sales to meet residential solar sales goals for Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Qualifikationen

• Relevant prior successful solar sales experience is desired.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have excellent customer service skills.
• Reliability and an excellent, positive attitude are essential.
• Must be highly organized and have ability to consistently use CRM system, document everything as required, and close the maximum number of sales.
• Must have valid drivers license and own transportation.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements.

Aufgaben

• Follow up in a timely manner with all leads (leads provided; no door-knocking).
• Contact prospects via phone or email, answer questions, collect property/electricity usage data, prepare and send proposals, and follow up (remote work possible).
• Demonstrate understanding of Exact Solar products and NJ/PA policy.
• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the process.
• Represent Exact Solar as the sales contact with integrity and professionalism.
