Job summary

Amaze Select is seeking an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal for a fully remote opportunity. The role requires 1–2 years of residential conveyancing experience and at least 12 months in a conveyancing assistant/paralegal position.

You will handle SDLT forms, property completions, AP1s, TR1s, and liaise with clients, solicitors, and banks to release funds. Ideal candidates are able to work under pressure, have strong interpersonal skills, and experience with a case management system.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1–2 years residential conveyancing experience.
• Great opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing paralegal.
• Must have gained at least 12 months employment as conveyancing assistant/paralegal.
• Duties include drafting and submitting SDLT forms; arranging completions; drafting AP1s, TR1s; speaking with clients and solicitors and banks.
