Job summary

Amity Law, part of the PEXA Group, is hiring a Conveyancing Assistant on a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will support Conveyancing Case Handlers, progressing residential property transactions and delivering an excellent client experience.

Ideal candidates have conveyancing administration experience, are organised, proactive and proficient with case management systems (Redbrick) and MS Office. Fully remote working and a salary of £25,000–£27,000 per year are offered, with opportunities to

Qualifications

• Front-facing conveyancing support or legal administration experience.
• Excellent organisational and multi-priority management.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with case management systems (Redbrick) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Administer residential property transactions under Conveyancing Case Handlers.
• Communicate with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties to keep cases moving.
• Complete AML checks and prepare conveyancing documentation.
• Manage task lists and ensure timely, accurate work.
• Update case management system with dates and case info.
• Prepare files for exchange, completion and closure.
• Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the transaction.
