William James Recruitment is seeking a Remote Residential Conveyancer for a well-established law firm. You will manage a full residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion while benefiting from a dedicated assistant and modern case management systems.

The role supports flexible hybrid or home working with a client-first culture, aiming for high service standards and structured operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ PQE Solicitor or experienced Conveyancer
• Strong experience in residential conveyancing
• Experience with freehold and leasehold transactions
• Excellent client service and communication
• Experience using case management systems

Responsibilities

• Manage full caseload of residential conveyancing from instruction to completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Work with a dedicated Conveyancing Assistant
• Use a modern case management system to streamline processes
• Liaise with clients, agents and lenders throughout transactions
• Deliver high standards of client service and communication
• Collaborate with onboarding, post-exchange and completion teams
• Maintain compliance and accuracy across all files
