Job summary

Lucent Legal is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to join a fast-growing legal practice that supports buyer’s agents and property professionals. The role combines leadership with hands-on conveyancing, handling matters from contract to settlement, and mentoring junior staff.

You’ll work across Australia jurisdictions with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and client service, in a flexible, remote/hybrid setup that values clarity under pressure and practical problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical expertise in VIC; multi-jurisdictional knowledge or willingness to learn other jurisdictions.
• Ability to independently manage files from contract to settlement with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage conveyancing matters from contract to settlement.
• Directly liaise with clients, brokers and agents with clarity and confidence.
• Operate autonomously with accuracy, embracing automation to improve workflows.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive team culture.
