Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Reservations Sales Coordinator to handle inbound calls, book travel dates, and confirm reservations from a home-based environment. You will support guests, resolve escalations, and contribute to keeping tour volumes high while delivering strong customer satisfaction.

Training spans six weeks with EST-based schedules, followed by a flexible post-training schedule. Orlando-area candidates are preferred for in-person onboarding.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ years of customer service, reservations, or equivalent experience a plus.
• 1+ years of call center experience preferred.
• Sales experience highly preferred.
• Proficient working with Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from guests and assist booking travel dates and questions.
• Confirm upcoming reservations through the central reservation system.
• Address escalated customer service issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Help deliver arrivals and increase department revenue and tour volume.
• Retain the business by saving the sale where possible.
