Job summary

A More Perfect Union is seeking a temporary, part-time Research Scout & Project Coordinator to support a six-month Project Team focused on helping Jewish educators navigate political and civic divisions. You will conduct landscape research, coordinate logistics, and synthesize learning to develop practical resources that support inquiry and pluralism.

The role requires strong research, writing, and project-management skills, with remote work across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience and/or graduate-level study in research, education, pluralism, Jewish education, civic engagement, program management, facilitation, or related field.
• Exceptional research, analytical and writing skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience synthesizing complex information into clear written products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct landscape research and synthesize findings to inform resources.
• Coordinate Project Team meetings and logistics across stakeholders.
• Support drafting, editing, and publication of final project deliverables.
• Attend all Project Team meetings and capture notes and action items.
• Maintain organized project documentation and learning resources.
