Job summary

You will work with principal investigators, research administrators, finance teams, and other stakeholders across the research funding lifecycle, from proposal development to award closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline required; 6–8 years accepted in lieu of minimum education.
• Two to three years of administrative, budgeting, or grant accounting experience.
• Experience supporting research administration and grant processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-award and post-award activities, including proposals, reporting, and closeout.
• Prepare budgets, budget justifications, and biosketches; assist with research contracts.
• Generate financial reports, monitor expenditures, and support budget development.
• Coordinate HR actions, facilities coordination, purchasing, and lab support.
• Communicate with PIs, finance, and research administration teams across lifecycle.
